Behold! I Give you authority! [Luke
10:19]
God's Word has promised that if we will simply accept the fact that
we HAVE AUTHORITY over anything that comes against us, or is contrary to
God's will for us - and then receive that authority by faith -
exercising it whenever it is needed - then we will REIGN IN LIFE by
faith thru this precious gift granted us by God because of the debt
Jesus paid on our behalf.

Scripture Reference:
"Behold! I have given you authority and
power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power
that the enemy possesses; and nothing shall in any way harm you." [Luke
10:19 AMP]
Most Christians understand that all of the promises of God are
granted us by His grace. However, very few understand that we access
those promises by FAITH.
According to Ephesians 2:8-9, everything starts with
redemption from our sins (salvation) - and then extends to all the
"other things that accompany salvation" [Heb 6:9] - including health,
healing, deliverance, protection, provision, safety, soundness, wisdom,
guidance, and every other benefits that Christ paid for when He died on
the cross: [Ps 91 • Ps 103 • Isaiah 53]
Romans 5:2 tells us that because of the grace of God that came
thru Christ Jesus, we now have access to all these benefits by faith,
and when we receive the abundance of grace as described in Romans
5:17 we will REIGN in LIFE by one Christ Jesus!
"For if because of one man's trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned
through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God's]
overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness
[putting them into right standing with Himself] REIGN AS KINGS IN
LIFE through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed
One)." [Romans 5:17 AMP]
Authority Comes By Faith:
Did you notice that God's Word has promised that if we will simply
accept the fact that we HAVE AUTHORITY over anything that
comes against us, or is contrary to God's will for us - and then receive
that authority by faith - exercising it whenever it is needed - then we
will REIGN IN LIFE by faith thru this precious gift
granted us by God because of the debt Jesus paid on our behalf.
We Must Use Our Authority:
"To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood, and
has made us to be a KINGS and priests unto God and his Father—to
him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen." [Rev 1:5-6]
KINGS have authority:
WE have been MADE Kings and priests unto God! But, having
authority does us no good if we don't use that authority!
In order for the authority to benefit us the way the Lord intended, then
as Christians, we must begin to use it - without fear or doubt. We must
believe the Word of God regarding this subject and
take our
position as people having authority - and then exercise that
authority over the power of the enemy whenever, wherever, and however he
tries to hinder the plan of God for our life!
